T-RREx is for all transfem, transmasc, nonbinary or otherwise trans/gender variant people in need of information or resources related to hormones, self injection/medication, (DIY) medical transition, or any other trans or gender related subjects.

Trans harm reduction for self medication

If you are going to self-medicate HRT, you should at least be aware of the risks so you can do it safely. That’s why we host monthly events where you can learn about various HRT options, health risks, and safety measures. And we also provide free clean injection supplies for HRT self-injection.

Self-injection support

We can show you how to safely self-inject your HRT, and can provide space & sterile needles for you to do so. But we can not provide you with HRT to inject.

Info Session

The session where we share information and experiences with (DIY) hormones usually starts around 15:00.

Afterwards there is plenty of time to hang out and have some snacks!
